At the age of three, Nava migrated from Mexico to the U.S. with his parents in hopes for a better life; hoping to be closer to the “American Dream.”
Growing up Nava struggled with his identity due to the cultural displacement he felt throughout his life as an immigrant.
Through his music he strives to bring up topics about his life experience as an illegal immigrant and what it was like trying to transition into the American culture.
Nava aims to portray a raw and positive side of Mexican rap steering away from the stereotypical ideologies of what others may have of Mexican rap.
Bringing the voice to his Raza, he's bringing music that others can relate to....
